--- title: MoveGB Partner Blog | Sophie Saint description: Exercise used to always terrify me, until I was forced to face it head-on with an impending surfing trip. I entered the world of MoveGB and never looked back.... Yoga, gym sessions and the odd round with a punchbag opened up my eyes to getting active and feeling awesome from it! Travelling, social media and blogging are what I love both in and out of work. And Turn'd Up dance has become a serious obsession now... --- [![move_logo-1](https://partners.movegb.com/hubfs/move_logo-1.svg "move_logo-1")](https://blog.movegb.com/) ###### [Sign In](https://www.movegb.com/login) ###### **[MARKETING](https://blog.movegb.com/topic/marketing)** ###### **[TECHNOLOGY](https://blog.movegb.com/topic/technology)** ###### **[INTERVIEWS](https://blog.movegb.com/topic/interviews)** ###### **[RESOURCES](https://blog.movegb.com/topic/resources)** [![Try for £1](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/513086/38a5125d-22d4-4124-a4e9-931dd18cc34b.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/513086/38a5125d-22d4-4124-a4e9-931dd18cc34b) [![move_logo-1](https://partners.movegb.com/hubfs/move_logo-1.svg "move_logo-1")](https://blog.movegb.com/) [![Try for £1](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/513086/38a5125d-22d4-4124-a4e9-931dd18cc34b.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/513086/38a5125d-22d4-4124-a4e9-931dd18cc34b) ###### [For Fitness Providers & Instructors](https://go.move.cc/partner) [MARKETING](https://blog.movegb.com/topic/marketing) [TECHNOLOGY](https://blog.movegb.com/topic/technology) [INTERVIEWS](https://blog.movegb.com/topic/interviews) [RESOURCES](https://blog.movegb.com/topic/resources) ![](https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/viewthroughconversion/1008243592/?value=0&guid=ON&script=0) ![Blog profile image](https://partners.movegb.com/hubfs/Blog%20profile%20image.png "Blog profile image") # [Welcome to the Move Partner Blog](http://movegb.com) We've got your back when it comes to your fitness business.
